			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve been running, sort of. The move to Philadelphia from Cleveland put a halt to my running regimen, such as it was. I was running a couple or few times per week, generally about 5K per run. Toward the middle of June I was extending out to running an hour, which I would guess would be about 5.5 miles. I&#8217;ve run a little while here in Philly&#8230;30-35 minutes at an even 9:45 pace. Slow, but I feel pretty good at the ends of these little runs. Tomorrow I think I&#8217;ll start training in earnest. I have the time since the move tasks are winding down. I have no idea which training routine I&#8217;ll try&#8230;I&#8217;ll look on line and see what&#8217;s out there. My greatest fear is that I&#8217;ll lose motivation after a couple of weeks.</p>
